I decided to visit Thai Express because of its high rating while I was heading to Costco, but it turned out to be the worst choice. I honestly cannot understand why the reviews are so positive. The service was slow, the Pad Thai tasted bad, and the portions were small. If you are looking for good Thai food, I recommend visiting Thai restaurants on Mountain Road instead. There was no sense of care or effort put into the dishes, even compared to fast food. Rather than a proper Thai restaurant, it feels more like a fast food place that imitates Thai cuisine, and the prices are high considering the low quality of the food. On top of that, the service is slow, so it is not even fast food. Looking back, I should have been more cautious. Many of the reviews use very similar wording, some appear under repeated or identical names, and most offer only positive comments without any real details. That pattern personally lowered my trust in the overall rating after my visit. I would not recommend relying on the good reviews alone before coming here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is, so far, the BEST Pad Thai and Tom Yum we have tasted in New Brunswick! Highly recommended! You should give it a try! It's a small restaurant though but has a nice welcoming ambience plus you can see the food while it is being prepared! Kudos to the staff too for they are so welcoming. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
