Called beforehand to see if I could reserve a table/were they accepting walk ins. Same man on the phone that met us at the door just pointed at the door sign which they had just turned over saying we are closed can’t you see. Very rude cut us instantly as we were explaining that we just spoke to him on the phone. Where he told us they was super busy but could still come and walk in as only two of us but would have to wait a while as busy we said that’s fine and proceed to make our way. Took us 15-20min from the call to get there and told at 9.25 they were closed even though lots of tables were full still with people at various stages of their meal and a few empty tables outside where the others were. online over the phone told they close 10.30pm. Guess this isn’t the case but could have been told over the phone to avoid waisting our time. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Visited Thai Orchid for the first time over the weekend and it was an absolute gem. The service was warm and friendly from the moment we walked in. The food not only looked incredible but tasted even better, was easily the best Thai food I’ve ever had. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Ramsgate and, if I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be eating here again. I would suggest booking in advance - I noticed all of the tables were reserved and it's easy to see why. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
