The location was nice, and the man who checked us in was friendly, however the room itself was not great. It was incredibly noisy, as you could hear every conversation in the hallway and the wall shook when neighbors closed their doors. The bed was not particularly comfortable, with unpleasantly rough sheets. Worst of all--the shower! It ran extremely hot or extremely cold with no in-between. There was rarely someone at the front to talk to about this, so we just dealt with it. One of our most expensive nights in the highlands and definitely the worst.

We stayed one night here, but would definitely return. The staff are amazing, the food is delicious and the room was one of the most comfortable we have ever stayed in. Would most definitely recommend

We were made to feel very welcome by Duncan on arrival. He was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and in the morning Emma looked after us very well for breakfast. Great staff, good value and a comfortable stay in a nice location which is near a pretty loch and some nice walks made this a very pleasant experience. Would thoroughly recommend. Service: 5
