Genuinely the worst, most unfriendly service you will ever experience. The staff are aggressive and all seem irritated to have to serve customers. Sam in particular was incredibly rude to multiple people in the queue. Service was so slow it would have been faster if I’d gone to Brazil to grind the coffee beans myself. It was the same last time I came a few years ago and I vowed never to return but wanted to give it another chance. No focus from the management to improve things it seems. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The racist older lady at the Alpine Kitchen was so miserable when serving us, no hello and barely spoke. The atmosphere and vibe of the place was not bad, she just spoilt it for us, wouldn’t go again because of her Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20
