Ordered three amazing coffees. The bean was not burnt. Haha. Perfection. Also created a custom breakfast bap, comprised of: - bacon - halloumi - sausage - egg - cheese - all topped with a crispy brioche bun The egg was still runny. the halloumi: still soft and bendy. The sausage: juicy, with charred edges. The bacon: crispy and candied in a maple syrup. The cheese: Smoky, cheesy, mature. Succulent in every bite. Could not rate this place any higher. The scenery and views are top tier. How this small dog-friendly shack in the middle of a beautiful park is able to pull this off? I will never understand. Whether you're in the middle of Exeter or all the way on the coast. This is the place to come. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I walk past the Birdhouse every week but never stop. I wish I had sooner now. The toasties are amazing (sourdough bread) as is the coffee (and I am a coffee snob). Hubby had a smoothy which was also so delicious. My dog had a doggy ice cream which she loved. I think it is lovely that they provide equal opportunities for people to work there.
