It was my daughters birthday when we visited late this evening for some grub. Food arrived promptly and was just fine. :) The staff were all absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to celebrate my little ones birthday, they suprised us, and sang happy birthday, complete with a cake slice, candles, a card and even a gift! What's more my daughter told them we were planning to play at the arcade after and we were approached as we were leaving with a cup full of change as an extra treat for the 2p machines!! Thank you so all much. She was absolutely beaming and it was the cherry on top of a lovely birthday weekend at Blue Dolphin. x Service: 5

We visited the Brigghouse Bar and, unfortunately, found it lacking in several areas. The atmosphere was virtually non-existent, with very little going on to make it feel welcoming or enjoyable. The food was expensive for what it was, and to top it off, I was charged £9 for a small glass of wine that wasn’t particularly pleasant. Overall, it felt like poor value for money, and we left feeling underwhelmed. Not somewhere we’d be likely to return to. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
