I used to like Broken Rack years ago, but this visit made it clear I won’t be back. I came in to meet friends after moving to another province and not seeing them in months, and the experience was terrible from the start. The server spoke to us in a very unprofessional way, including swearing and raising her voice multiple times while we were trying to understand what she wanted. We were genuinely shocked by how hostile the interaction became. On top of that, the pool tables and equipment do not seem to be well maintained. This place is nowhere near what it used to be, and I would not recommend it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One star is still to generous after being greeted rudely by the ageist bartender we where served by a very pleasant waitress but after repeated berating from the bartender we left much earlier than planned bad for the business bad for a more mature patron
