English The worst place I have ever visited. At the rooftop bar, a staff member was extremely rude, arrogant, and aggressive towards my friend and me!!! The staff member works at the rooftop bar. He is a thin white man who wears black square-framed glasses. He sold us a bottle of wine but refused to provide glasses, ignored our questions, and even shouted at us when responding. We were treated as if we were asking for a favor instead of being paying customers. The only friendly and professional people were the security staff and the kitchen team. Overall, it was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt completely embarrassed in front of everyone after being shouted at, and I left feeling extremely frustrated. I would never recommend anyone to visit this place!!!! Price per person: £30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Hosted my Mother's 50th Birthday surprise, from the food to the the drinks there wasn't any complaints and also very friendly attentive Staff throughout even down to the security! Accommodated for a very large group of friends and family seamlessly with our own private area. The roof terrace is also a very nice spot overlooking the Jewellery Quarter. Closest parking I will include in photo which was £3.09 for 2 hours, free after 6PM Saturday and all day Sunday. Highly recommend venue. Price per person: £100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I have been to the Button Factory many times and cannot fault the Sunday Roast! The portion sizes are generous, the food is incredible and the service is top notch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again soon :) Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section, Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
