It was a lovely experience to try fish and chips, the staff was very kind and helpful! However I would like to suggest adding AC inside, it's insanely hot with the frying machine constantly working and I cannot imagine how uncomfortable it must be for the workers in there. They deserve to work in a normal temperature and not in such a hot environment!! Meal type: Lunch

One thing that I LOVED about this place was that they fry the chips on the spot. I had the time to wait, so when I got the food it was warm and freshly fried. The list keeps going on, but I’d like to highlight: - the external area, as the indoors may smell like deep fry (although, they keep the door open which helps with the smell) - the generous amount of chips even on the Mini version - the chicken mushroom pie was chef’s kiss. - the packaging for take away my left overs - the lady who packed also gave me a little cup with some curry sauce to try, and let me tell you what. As someone who grew up in Japan, this curry took me back there. If I had a bowl of rice I would’ve been the happiest person right there. - the staff was also really kind I’m 100% going back to the Chip Shop next time I stop at Manchester, and it’s just outside Piccadily station so it’s very handy. Came here while visiting Manchester. Tasty food at big portions for an affordable price. Can't go wrong with the Irish curry on the side of Fish & Chips. Would definitely try again. I didn't like the English curry much but probably just a matter of taste preferences. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
