Absolutely disgusting place, tables are never cleaned. over priced $20 for a bowl of palm sized rice with cold chicken. It’s astonishing how many people line up here, when they can get healthier, cleaner, bigger portion food downstairs at Farm Boy for half the price. Or get a shawarma platter in the food court for double the portion and still have money left for Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was disappointed with my experience at the Chipotle in the Rideau Center. When I got to the end of my order and the employee was about to close my bowl, I realized I had forgotten to ask for fajita veggies. I politely asked if it was possible to add them. Before the employee could even respond, the manager/supervisor stepped in and abruptly said, "No, too late." I found this response unnecessarily rude, especially considering I was paying for the bowl and was simply asking for one last topping before leaving the counter. Thankfully, the employee was kind enough to offer the veggies on the side, which I really appreciated. To the manager/supervisor: I hope you take note of your employee's customer service. They handled the situation with much more professionalism and kindness than you did. A little courtesy goes a long way. Also please learn to grate the cheese and now throw in whole chunks of cheese.

I used to really like this Chipotle location—the bowls are still good compared to others. However, recently the portion sizes have changed and the overall experience isn’t the same. Service has declined, tables are often not clean, and garbage bins are sometimes full. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: Yes
