Visited the Copper Kettle twice this week whilst visiting Hunstanton.Something for everyone on the menu and all freshly prepared. Lovely staff and dog friendly. As we live quite locally we will definitely be coming again. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Awful for gluten free as they give you gluten by mistake and you're ill all day as I'm gluten intolerant. I say about it on trip advisor as it could be serious and he's rude to me . I noticed he's rude to alot of people the manger if theyre not happy , its shocking . If gluten sensitive or have allergies avoid . His reply is below to me being very very sick due to my intolerance.

We have been regular customers to this cafe for at least five years. Often having their full cooked breakfast, despite the fact my husband cannot eat mushrooms. Last week we asked if it was possible to swap his mushrooms for something of equal value. The owner said we could swap for anything without extra charge. Today we asked for exactly the same. It wasn't until paying we were told it would be an extra £1 which meant we were charged for mushrooms we HADN'T RECEIVED plus £1 for a small sausage. We should have been informed at the point of ordering and surely only charged for any difference. I suggest boycotting this establishment and going to somewhere that has clear policies and doesn't suddenly change it's prices at the point of payment.
