The Crofton

I would like to clarify the situation regarding this complaint - The guest ordered, starters were delivered within 15 minutes at 1pm on a busy Sunday lunchtime, this was cleared approx 20 mins later and due to their mains not being delivered within a further 15 minutes the customer loudly complained saying that they had been waiting over an hour for service - we got the ticket to show it had been 42 mins since ordering and only 20 mins ......... The fact you felt the need to belittle staff, make derogatory comments and be as rude as you were I had no choice but to step in - if you had let us know or even maybe asked politely to speed up as you had somewhere to be we did everything we could to try and help you but quite frankly due to your entitled attitude and manner with the staff this is zero tolerance and you are not welcome back to The Crofton - Please next time consider not treating people in such a nasty manner and with a little bit of kindness and politeness.
