I come to have food with my mam but on arrival the young girl on the door said there was no tables for us , she said we could sit out side but I explained I only had cash therefore couldn’t order on the app,I asked her what alternative there was and she was so rude , said to us there’s nothing that she can do with an attitude

my daughter was screamed at buy some member of staff i want be letting it go i know who it was i want my daughter's refund that she was promised everyone Els has but her will never step foot in there again get it sorted

Rude staff behind bar but no surprise as the manager was just as rude all over food menu not on table I asked member of staff behind bar she said she would get one then walked away and served others leaving me waiting 10 mins and when I said forget it she just said ok, no sorry for your wait just no manners at all definitely won't be back disappointing.
