Good afternoon Helen. I do hope your daughters partner has fully recovered. Our food safety guidelines are governed by the Environmental Health Officer, and they advise anyone who suspects a food related illness to visit their GP surgery as soon as possible to get tested. Without this is it is difficult to establish what the case of the illness was, but thank you for bringing this to our attention and your information will be forwarded to our food safety department for them to record in case of further reports on the same dates.
