This is an excellent choice for any of my clients with gluten intolerance. I am looking forward to see some vegan cheese options for dairy intolerant people as well :)

Picked up a vegan margarita pizza from The Lab Pizza stand at the Against the Grain gluten free festival in Camden Market at the weekend and it did not disappoint! Crispy base, creamy oozy cheese - perfect pizza. All I had to do was tart it up with a few tasty toppings and I was in proper pizza heaven - you would never know it was gluten and dairy free! Well done guys!
