We had such a wonderful evening at The Lakehouse tonight. The food was absolutely beautiful and the service couldn’t have been better. A special shoutout to Hannah she was so kind and attentive, and truly made our day. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time, and was amazing with our son too, which meant so much to us. Cameron was also fantastic and really added to the lovely experience. We’re honestly gutted we’re going home tomorrow because this was the best meal we’ve had in a long time. Thankyou so much! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Table booked for 1pm for 6 people, waitress took our order at 1.20pm and 1.30pm was told wait 30 minutes for food, food bought at 2.10pm. Good of poor quality and some of it cold. Table waiting staff disinterested. Asked to speak to person in charge was told there was a problem with Northern Grid keep cutting there gas supply was given 20% discount off the bill and free dessert. If you want a nice meal with decent staff go elsewhere.
