Great Butcher, Great Meat, Great Customer Service!. These guys are great, very accommodating! If there is a cut I would like that they don't have In the case, they drop what they are doing to cut me up what I need. The meat is great quality, no antibiotics, organic. I used to buy all my meat from Meridian but now I go the The Meat Shop...I can easily find a parking spot, I rarely have to wait more than one or two customers and the owners are eager to help me with a smile! (Oh, they also make a great sandwich.). We need to support new small business, give them a try...you won't go back to feedlot beef at "Save-On".
