Terrible service waited 40 minutes for food and had to ask to takeaway. technicians fixing things at lunch had to warning the food would take longer because of this. Wouldn’t go again x Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This isn't our normal way of working but due to routine health and safety checks for fire safety the food did take a little longer then normal to come out which we do apologise about again, as we did inform you when you entered and when ordering food this would be the case. Just been in to The Pilot, had the curry house feast, fantastic meal, everything was cooked to perfection, lovely and hot and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again. Thank you. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
