I rarely post negative but after the first 20+min waiting seeing tables come and go and next to no food coming out the waitress says kitchen is backed up. Then food gradually comes out for one table literally 2 at a time by the last ones getting food the first ones were finished. About 5 min between orders. A few other tables get there orders then we are told there is one table ahead of us then they will start ours. This is at the 40+min mark they have extended there patio and they also have inside dining but clearly not organized enough to cater to the numbers. We actually said to cancel our order and left. So I can’t comment on the food but the communication and timewise it’s just not there. The menu is small and limited. (We ordered a burger and fries, wings and fries and a wrap and fries) sadly won’t be back.

Hi Sarah we are sorry to hear you didn't enjoy your visit. We are proud to have slower food than other restaurants. Everything is made fresh to order. We are a small restaurant with a kitchen designed to serve the original 10 tables inside. We've grown over the years to add another 22 tables! However the kitchen has not grown and still only has the equipment to serve the 10 indoor tables. This means that our food takes longer, yes. We have found that life these days it is far too full of the hustle and bustle. We invite our guests to sit and enjoy the Lakeview, a refreshing beverage and a visit with their company whom they've arrived to dine with. It's okay that you prefer to stop by and grab a quick bite to eat when you are heading out for lunch however it's just not what we are set up to do. And this is communicated to every table immediately as they arrive by these signs posted around the restaurant. This sign in particular is posted right at eye level as you walk in our door; it can't be missed! Every restaurant has a different target market and goal in mind. We hope you find a local restaurant that suits your needs. Cheers!
