We found The Rugged Robin absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, the friendliness and warmth throughout the hotel made myself, my husband, and our dog Star feel incredibly welcome. Our room was immaculate, the food was exceptional, and the service was truly impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening meal, but I would particularly like to mention Aaron, Toby, and Griff. They were absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and a real pleasure to talk to. Their customer service was fantastic and genuinely enhanced our stay. You've done a wonderful job creating such a welcoming atmosphere, and you have an outstanding team. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable. We look forward to returning.

We had a wonderful four night stay at the Ragged Robin in the build up to my daughter’s wedding. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable with quality fittings. The team at the Ragged Robin were incredible (Marlena and Andrei)- they catered for all our needs, especially on the morning of the wedding. The bar area was a fantastic space, breakfast was great and we enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this hotel Service: 5
