6 of us had a beautiful meal here last Thursday evening, sitting outside in the sunshine. Really great and slightly different Indian food, all freshly cooked, tender meat, beautiful sauces and accompaniments, all served by very friendly, helpful, attentive staff. There are daily specials available, all different to your average curry restaurant. Really excellent food and good value for money in a convenient location. I’ll be back. Without a doubt, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were unbelievably arrogant, rude, and completely lacking in basic customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were treated as though we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. The dismissive attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete indifference to customer satisfaction were shocking. No matter how good the food might have been, it was impossible to enjoy because of the unpleasant atmosphere created by the staff. There are countless restaurants that appreciate their customers and know how to treat people with respect. This is certainly not one of them. I would never return and would strongly advise others to spend their money elsewhere. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
