Nice quiet street right next to a park— great stop after a long day. Unfortunately the service here was a bit strange. I ordered a paneer dish that tasted like tomato with coconut cream and far too sweet, tardka daal was burnt as well. My husbands tandoori chicken he was wonderful (yay!!). Overall not the best experience when there are tons of awesome Indian restaurants around. One point of note— check your bill. Both our table and the table next to us were over charged and they brought things to the table we rejected but they they attempted to charge us anyway. Very annoying, and since it happened twice in a short span of time, hard to believe it was an accident. Anyway, a lackluster experience with food and service. Service in London is usually outstanding and so friendly. This missed the mark today. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
