If you want to feel like you don't belong somewhere due to the abhorrent attitudes of waitresses and bartenders alike, come on down to the Reach Pub. They like to turn their phone to silent so you can't call them to ask for last call times, they also like to act like they aren't dumb people when all they do is shill booze with the most half assed smiles I've ever seen. For your own good pleaseee, I beg you go anywhere else. I'm not even sure the people that work here are human, wings are pretty G tho Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband and I went there for brunch on Sunday, and I have to say I was extremely disappointed, especially because it was our first time visiting this restaurant. We were greeted politely when we walked in, which gave us a great first impression, but unfortunately the experience quickly went downhill after that. Our waitress was very rude from the moment she approached our table. There was no smile, no manners, and the way she spoke to us made us feel completely unwelcome. We waited over 30 minutes for my husband’s food, and during that entire time she never once checked on us or asked if we needed anything. My husband was actually about to cancel his order because we had been waiting so long with no communication, and only then did she finally go check on it. When the food finally arrived, it was cold, which clearly showed that the plate had probably been sitting there for quite some time before being brought to the table. The only positive part of our experience was the food itself, because the chef did a great job and the flavors were delicious. It’s really unfortunate because we were excited to try this place for the first time, but the customer service completely ruined the experience for us. Meal type: Brunch Service: 1

They have a great deal for wing night and the wings are pretty decent. Have always had great service while sitting at the bar, but when seated in the restaurant it’s been consistently bad. Lots of TVs to watch big games just make sure to book a table ahead of time!
