Terrible service wirh a woman forcing me to do an 18% tip when I went in to eat by myself. There was no sign or warning on the extra handling. The table was broken and was rocking from the lightest movement. The food was terrible tasting. Absolutely horrid place and I would never eat from it again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I honestly don’t know where to begin with how disappointing my experience at The RedBox was. We ordered something very basic: one Manchow soup and desi street-style fried rice with Manchurian. Somehow, even this simple order turned into a complete mess. First of all, the timing made no sense. We were left waiting for nearly 30 minutes with nothing on the table, and then instead of serving the soup first, they brought the fried rice. After that, we had to wait another 10–15 minutes just to get the soup. By then, the whole flow of the meal was ruined. Now coming to the food itself, which was even worse. The Manchurian didn’t taste like Manchurian at all. It was bland, off, and honestly one of the worst versions I’ve ever had. The fried rice was just plain rice with barely any flavor, nothing close to the bold, spicy, street-style taste you expect. It felt like no effort was put into it. And the soup? After making us wait so long, it wasn’t even worth it. Overall, extremely poor service, terrible timing, and completely disappointing food. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. Would not recommend at all. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
