Make a change from your traditional meal and try nicely cooked burgers and good chicken at this restaurant. From the visitors' viewpoint, the staff is pleasant here. went into the ridge greenbridge on monday with my family for a birthday dinner, we was served by the lovely poppy and elsie, they made us all feel very welcome, funny and still professional they brought out the cake and sang! the food was amazing, i had the bacon mac and cheese and i highly recommend, i will be returning Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Was hungry after the film and this place was busy and thought we would give it a try. Service was good but the food subpar. Had the full rack of ribs which came out in like 15mins after ordering. They looked anemic and the sauce wasn’t doing anything to help. They were tender but the most bland ribs I have ever tasted, ones from supermarket genuinely taste better. I wish I made the journey to hickory’s because the price was the same. 1st time and last time I’m here I’m afraid. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I was really disappointed with our experience. We were a table of 14 for a birthday meal for a family member. and while the two male staff members working were polite and doing their best, the restaurant was clearly very understaffed. Service was extremely slow — it took around 25 minutes just to get our drinks, and we had already been seated for 40 minutes before anyone came to take our food order. When the food finally arrived, some items were missing and much of the food was only lukewarm. Unfortunately, halfway through the meal, a hair was found in one of the dishes, which completely put us off the rest of the food. Overall, the staff were friendly, but the lack of staffing and the issues with the food and service made for a very poor dining experience.
