Bed bugs, snakes in the pub during business hours, black mold throughout, Owner Gary doesn't pay his owed wages to staff, Takes advantage of people in distress, locks hotel entrance at 9pm at night and leaving people unable to access their rooms they paid for. Also if you have any cancellation with rooms he keeps your money and yells at you.

Ashcroft River Hotel & Pub is I'll advised unless you enjoy dirty sheets & towels, No toilet paper. Extremely rude Customer service when pointing it out to the Manger maybe Owner. I shouldn't have to point it out in the first place. He fused to refund our money, unfortunately we had to sleep in our vehicle. Service: 1
