Just popped in for a drink pre dinner. Wow what a place highlighting what today's pubs can be. Nice environment, friendly staff, good beer, and good food judging by others reviews. Just a great place. Needless we returned post dinner drinks and to our regret probably should have booked dinner here. Ah well next time. Thanks guys. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We tried to book here a year ago, but like all good establishment's, we had to be lucky. So we booked it today, on the off chance and it was our lucky day. It was a 6 o'clock booking and probably the first customers of the evening service. We were taken upstairs to a table of 2, with views accross the main street, where they were filming across the way. Decided on the Crispy Pork, with hand cut chips and Garlic Mushrooms, whilst the wife went for the Lasagne. Great choices, of which there were many, with both dishes being really well presented, hot and tasty. Mmmmm they were good and so were the staff that served us, professional, polite and efficient. Really enjoyed the food on offer and would highly recommend. The wife had the cheescake, she that as well. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30 Dietary restrictions: I'm Gluten intolerant, but they accommodated my requirements with no fuss. Parking options: Free of charge street parking Parking: Staff were great, friendly, polite and efficient.

Went for dinner on a recent trip to Bridgnorth. We really enjoyed The Royle. The food was superb, and the service excellent despite them being crazy busy with a large wedding party as well as every other table booked. Just a really enjoyable evening. When next in the area we would definitely visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £50–60
