We ordered through Just Eat last night, however the food was delivered to the wrong address. Once the restaurant had realised this, they called back and apologised and offered to send the food out again. I declined due to the time, so they offered to send it today instead. They also offered to give us something extra for free, but I said no as we'd ordered plenty of food. Our order arrived this evening on time and was delicious as usual. Great customer service, we understand mistakes happen but they dealt with it well. Thank you :)

Hair in my food and the food arrived cold. As i’ve worked in fast food i understand food being not very hot upon arrival, but it was the icing on the cake when i found a brown-black hair in my food. Upon calling, the member of staff, who claimed to be the boss, was extremely rude and patronising and told me if i can give all the food back (made a sarcastic comment about me puking it back into the box) then he might give me a £5 refund (from the £20 i spent) or free food when i next order
