I had a rough day at work, and like angels walking through clouds, there was Laura and Lucy. They remembered my previous order, so i didn’t even have to say a word and they were on it. Absolutely stellar customer service. I work retail, and i appreciate good customer service when I get it, and they both delivered it immaculately. I visit here kind of infrequently, but people like Laura and Lucy are why I keep returning. Can’t say enough about absolutely lovely they were to me. 5 thumbs up, 10 stars. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A Brilliant Brunch at Shack Manchester! My recent visit to Shack Manchester was fantastic, and I simply have to give them five stars! We went for brunch and ordered the steak and eggs, and it was absolutely delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender and flavourful—a real treat for a brunch dish. However, what truly made our experience exceptional was the service we received from Carl. He was genuinely second to none! Carl was incredibly polite, attentive, and really made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Great food paired with such outstanding service is a rare find. If you're in Manchester and looking for a superb meal with genuinely friendly staff, I highly recommend checking out Shack and hopefully, you'll be lucky enough to have Carl look after you!
