My daughter and her husband and I had a delicious supper. I had Sausages and mash with fresh vegetables. The onion gravy was rich and so very tasty. My daughter had a delicious looking fish pie with vegetables and son in law had a Smashed Burger. They shared a sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Empty plates from us all. The staff were friendly. A lovely atmosphere in a very attractive old pup in a very pretty village. The Ship Inn has good size dining room as well lots little tables in the bar areas. Outside seating, a car pack, dogs welcome and it’s open every day from 10am ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30 Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Really Great Pub food, one of the best in North Yorkshire - a solid menu, packed with tasty dishes, quality ingredients & substantial portions. Would highly recommend. Go give it a try. Tapas options looked great (will be back for those), but we enjoyed the Father’s Day special menu. Price per person: £30–40 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
