Visited the Star Inn on a Tuesday eve with a neighbour, who wanted to thank me for helping her recently. Very relaxed atmosphere in the pub, warm greeting when we arrived and friendly service. I had the Star Chicken and my friend had the Pork Belly. Both were well presented with good variety of veg on warmed plates. The food was excellent and very good value. Would definitely recommend. Price per person: £50–60 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes
