I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience at The Sultan was unacceptable from start to finish. The most concerning issue was the main dish: the meat was served visibly raw and undercooked, posing a clear food safety risk. To make matters worse, the accompanying rice tasted stale and dry, as if it had been sitting out for days rather than cooked fresh. Even the sides were a disappointment—the "Greek salad" bore zero resemblance to an actual Greek salad, completely lacking authentic ingredients or care. Beyond our own table, basic hygiene seems to be a major issue. We noticed other customers actively complaining to staff about flies landing on their dishes, which made an already bad dining experience feel completely unhygienic. Between the undercooked meat, stale sides, and severe hygiene concerns, there is very little to redeem this place. I strongly advise dining elsewhere.
