Probably the best (or joint first) beer and ale choice in Llangolen. Three decent ales on (not all Welsh but what i had was in excellent condition) and two interesting tiny rebel keg beers, alongside lots of other reasonable mainstream stuff. Staff were really friendly, and good music on the jukebox. From what I could tell it was a pub with no food. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Friendly pub with a great atmosphere! Visited last night, lively atmosphere which is what we wanted and lovely bar staff. We'd ordered a takeaway to bring back to the room we rented in the Prince of Wales pub, and asked if they had any paper plates we could have. They didn't, but the lovely lady behind the bar rang her friend who was working in the Prince of Wales pub to see if they had any, and they did. When we got back to our accommodation they were waiting there for us, with cutlery and serviettes. That was so kind and we really appreciated it. Will definitely be back to the Sun Inn when we next visit Llangollen! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
