Arrived in Stilton for an overnight stop. Lunchtime we arrived at the pub. We were made very welcome and have a very good lunch. We enjoyed our lunch very much and we decided to return for an evening meal. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Visited the local village pub and went on a Wednesday evening which had a full evening menu and a themed night which was grill night. We got 2 steaks with all the trimmings,onion rings,sauce & a bottle of wine all for £55. An amazing deal and would 10000% recommend along side good service and very attentive. Looking forward to my next date evening here. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £50–60

We visited this pub several years ago and always said we would return - it took a while but now we visit regularly and it is our go to place as we have never been disappointed. We are not locals to the village, yet still always a welcoming atmosphere especially from the staff. There are always several ales on tap - which is why my husband likes it so much - and the food is delicious. Pub food but very tasty, fresh and good sized portions too. Definitely recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: £20–30 Recommendation for vegetarians: Not sure Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes, Not sure Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot, Free of charge street parking Kid-friendliness: I have taken my granddaughter at a lunch time and it was fine for her. There is a children’s menu available
