On my first day, Jess discovered I am a vegan and went out and bought vegan breakfast items for me, and some other lovely vegan treats!!
They have accommodated my every need and been so pleasant and friendly. The entire b & b is absolutely spotlessly clean... and the kitchen and bathroom facilities (even though shared) are perfect! Two toilets, two showers and a bath in one. They are cleaned to perfection every day with plenty of hot water.
There was an excellent band on Saturday night in the bar downstairs, and if I hadn't been studying I would have gone in to listen. I could hear it from my room and it was really pleasant. Everything was quiet and settled by 11pm and there was no disturbance from people leaving the pub. I brought earplugs in case and it didn't affect my stay at all.
I have just had my last breakfast here and whilst I was making it the owner Jess brought me a good luck card. I am so touched and will definitely be back to stay here in future if I'm in the area.
Do not hesitate to book this lovely place. All the facilities, with your own space and luxury comfort. I have stayed in many hotels all over the world and couldn't be happier with my time here this January 2020. Thank you to all!!
