Rude staff (or to be precise, just one member of staff) and an unwelcoming atmosphere. The pub was very quiet, which honestly may reflect the customer service experience. I didn’t appreciate the attitude from the manager on shift, Jack, who was not pleasant or approachable. We used the event space at the back for my sisters Hen do for a few hours and it was fantastic! The bar staff were very helpful and kind and the owner offered assistance at every step. Highly recommend for any functions. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
