We were here on July 12th around 5 p.m. Very quiet, but this place had developed a poor reputation since it first opened. Our last visit a few years ago had left us disappointed. It is now advertised as under new management and a revamped dining experience, so we decided to give it a try. Our server, Arden, was excellent! He really provided us with a great experience, with lots of good recommendations. California Smash Burger $22, John Candy Burger $23, The OG $19, were all perfectly cooked and delicious. The Chocolate Shake $7 is a must! Comes in a 2 cup measuring cup! Well worth a try and we'll be back soon! Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

The staff are friendly and polite. unfortunately that's the only positive I can say about this location. They have under New management signage all over which you would assume is a sign of positive changes. however when I called and asked for three patty lettuce wrap burger I was told no problem we can do that. I pick up my takeout order and find out it was smashburger patties basically three patties is the size of one normal burger patty. $26.27. for basically one patty that's been broken up into three skinny patties all three patties were burned and the cheese that was added on was also burned... when I called the location about that I got a quick sorry and then if you want a regular size patty we will need to charge you for it... at this point it would be probably $40 for a burger which obviously I'm not going to accept so I went back for a refund. Asked to aspeak to a manager about this as it's very poor practice to charge so much for something so small. To add to it the manager was not available and not back until Friday or Saturday. Hopefully this review makes it to the manager and he will reach out to rectify the situation Price per person: CA$20–30

Hannah was my server last Friday, I ordered a burger to go. Not only was she very polite. She was very accommodating while I waited for my food which was also excellent. This is my favourite burger spot. Definitely recommend trying the Tragically maple. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
