Joey went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience - he was an exceptional host. I’ve been visiting this location since 2018, and it has consistently delivered high quality service and food. My go-to order is the Juicy Lucy (With one egg), which was as fresh and flavourful as ever definitely a standout item that keeps you coming back. We also ordered the Tower of Rings, which is honestly a big reason we return; they’re always perfectly crispy, never greasy, and served fresh. Thank you for maintaining such consistent service and quality over the years. Price per person: CA$30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Horrible experience ordered food with uber eats waited over a hour for 3 burgers, delivery driver waited an extra 25 min at store for our food to receive raw burgers. My wife took a bite into her burger and it was solid pink and gummy/tacky not even cooked at all! Outside browned off and thats it. The staff clearly don't know how to properly cook food and handle food because these burgers were raw and unsafe to eat! Still cold in the centre when they arrived at our house like they had come out of freezer. Kw health and safety need to do a audit of this location and check to make sure they are training people on proper handling of food and cooking of food. Because sending burgers out like this is a perfect way to give people food poisoning. So now after we waited we have to find somewhere else to get food from because the works staff cant seem to cook something as basic as a hamburger properly when thats what they specialize in. At $25 a meal you would think there staff would be trained in properly cooking burgers but clearly not. And dont worry we will be sure to share our experience all over so people are aware of how poorly managed and trained your staff is at this location. Came for lunch with a friend. Order the Gou Gou Balls to split to start and they are fantastic! The cheese is so gooey and melted with the crisp bacon shell. Dip in the sauce and it's so tasty! Grabbed a hamburger Mary burger with fries, and man they load up the fries. Everything was great, including our server who seemed to be handling many tables but still able to check in on us quite often. Will be back again! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: CA$20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: Gluten free buns available for extra cost. Or lettuce wrap as well!
