Many thanks for your valued comments. If you had taken the time to check the size of the kitchen and cooking facilities, it is impossible to have the frying pans, the veggie option pan for the veggie breakfasts , the soup that is cooking and then have to fit omelette pans on those 4 rings. I am really competent at what I do but even I can't muster a solution to overcome this situation. The main point is on the menu it clearly states when certain food is or is not available and that is because we proactively manage our equipment to be able to offer a high level of food and service without compromising any other meals, it is not to be unaccommodating to our valued customers.
