My name is Dan, I wanna start out by saying the food is excellent. Our server Austin was incredible. I’d went in previously a few weeks ago and I had left my credit card. I called back the next morning to see if they had found it. The girl looked everywhere. Said it wasn’t in the safe in the drawers anything. I gave her my number to call back. She called me back that evening said that she had spoken to the manager, Ellen, Ellen stuck my credit card in her back pocket and took it home with her. She told the girl she would bring it in the next day. She forgot it again! Anyway , I let it slide cause I finally got it back. Then my wife found out about it. Kim manages a retail store. When we were there last night, she proceeded to tell Ellen the manager How irresponsible it was for her to put that card in her back pocket. She said it should’ve never gone in her back pocket that it should’ve gone straight into the safe. Ellen took it home for two days. My wife proceeded to tell her how irresponsible that was, and that if she did that on her job, she would be fired. Ellen said once again it was an accident. My wife was pretty angry. When my wife turned to walk away to leave, Ellen had the audacity to roll her eyes at her as she was leaving. I think that Ellen‘s behavior is unacceptable and so does my wife. Other than that, we love the restaurant and our server Austin Was awesome ! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Hi, Daniel, Im confuse to read your review as you have left the feedback to wrong shop. Our shop name is Three Bowls. I’m not sure which restaurant you went last night. Our restaurant didn’t open last night. And we don’t have Ellen and Kim in our restaurant. The service you mention did not match our shop. We have never heard such a thing happened. Update : I couldn’t have been more wrong! The true test of a restaurant is consistency. And Three Bowls delivers just that! If I could give them a hundred thousand stars I would. Don’t wait just go! This place deserves to have a line around the corner! ========== If I could give Three Bowls 10 stars, I would. Absolutely phenomenal from start to finish. Every single thing I ordered was exceptional. The Cucumber Fungus Yuba Salad was incredibly fresh, crisp, and beautifully prepared — light, vibrant, and packed with flavour. The Budda Vegan Pot was outstanding: rich, comforting, deeply satisfying, and clearly made with real care. You could taste the quality in every bite. Even the Hainan Green Tea was spot on — clean, soothing, and the perfect accompaniment to the meal. And then the Qing Bu Liang I probably did not need to order dessert as someone eating alone, because it was huge and I was already full — but I have absolutely no regrets. It was spectacular. Generous, delicious, and the perfect finish to an already excellent meal. The staff were also genuinely lovely. The older gentleman and older woman who served me were so warm, friendly, and kind. Even with a bit of a language barrier, their hospitality came through so clearly. They made the whole experience feel welcoming and personal, and that sort of kindness matters just as much as the food. The price was excellent, the portion sizes were perfect (honestly, very generous), and the overall experience was superb. Fresh, delicious, thoughtfully prepared food, wonderful staff, and fantastic value. I’ll happily come back.
