Awful service and food! Went for a birthday and service was so slow we had to leave without having cake. Food was really poor and when I said that whilst paying the only comment I got was ‘was it?’ - no apology or anything. Definitely won’t recommend it or go back

Despite booking several weeks ago we arrived and our table wasn’t ready. There is a long queue to be seated and the group in front of us were seated first despite not having booked. We were told to wait downstairs until our table was ready and someone would come and get a drink order from us (no one did). The waiting staff were pleasant but the manager appeared disinterested and preferred to clean tables rather than acknowledge us. The food was overpriced and pretty average. All in all a disappointing experience and we wouldn’t recommend.
