Very disappointed how disgusting this is, you pay basically a premium price and the employees just gives you whatever, everything thrown in the bag like if it was dog’s food, couldn’t even ate that because of how cold and disgusting looking it was such a shame how poorly managed this places are and how people don’t take the proper sanitary procedures People should stop supporting places that you get like garbage and don’t even get what intended to pay for! I've been inside to ordered a beverage and a dozen donuts to go. Their service was good. I also went through their drive-through. Most of the time, it's not to busy. They do have a small diner to sit down. They do have washrooms with Wheelchair Accessible Entrances. The do their best to keep them clean. They do have parking at the front of their restaurant with Wheelchair Accessible Parking Lot. They do share their parking lot with other small stores. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give this location zero stars, or lower, I would. They hardly ever get our order right, the PA system they use must be having issues because they are constantly asking for us to repeat our order, and the service is subpar at best. We keep waiting for this location to get better, cause it's the closest to us, but we've not just given up, and won't be going here, or to pretty much any other Tim Hortons ever again, because of how sharply the quality and service has declined. For how much it costs now, you'd expect significantly better. Just going to start making coffee and muffins at home from now on.
