Really disappointed with my experience. My croissant was missing from the order, and when I asked about it, the staff didn’t handle it properly. I had clearly asked for an iced latte, but instead I was given a French vanilla. It’s frustrating when such a simple order gets mixed up, especially when it’s not corrected after pointing it out. Communication was also difficult, which made the situation even more frustrating. Definitely not the level of service I expected. And also nobody here understood English when I ask to her I can’t understand French she talk with me roudly in French

They are friendly you g ladies very helpful and the good thing they really clarify what we ordered. Thanks ladies. Good job . Can't wait to drop by again to this area. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I go there a few times a week since it opened for what I get it’s always the same and there isn’t much of a change if there is .. with the new manager mr Desjardins he said his name was took and exact order and confirmed that there would be no egg as asked .. (after saying that there wasn’t a button for no egg when everyday and every other Tim Hortons has the button when I placed the order) .. upon receiving the order the sandwiches all had egg on them asked for fresh sandwiches to be made WITHOUT egg as requested and was handed back NOT fresh and not correct again.. I go inside to have them corrected AGAIN he insists he made my order right but was totally wrong.. so I feel they should get the old manager back or replace this mr Desjardins kid for how unprofessional and immature he is
