I ordered three iced coffees, one Iced Capp and chocolate milk. My experience was very disappointing. First, I had to wait more than 10 minutes just to place my order. During this time, there were approximately 10 employees standing behind the counter talking amongst themselves. There was no lineup at the drive-thru, and the restaurant was not particularly busy. After waiting several minutes without being acknowledged, another customer walked up and was allowed to place his order ahead of me, despite the fact that I had been waiting in line the entire time. This was very frustrating, customers were not being served in the order they arrived. I eventually had to call over an employee and ask him to take my order. I even asked whether I should go through the drive-thru instead if that was the only way to receive service. To make matters worse, all three iced coffees were excessively sweet. There is no consistency in the preparation of the drinks. I expect better service, especially when there are sufficient staff members present. Customers should not have to call employees simply to place an order, nor should they have to watch other customers be served ahead of them. If companies such as Dunkin Donut expand into Canada, people will be encouraged to switch to them. Reputation of Tim Hortons is at decline. Ordered grilled cheese with add ones today and everything same yesterday they charge me $14.07 and today $14.89 when asked about the difference, she said i didn’t charge uh for hash brown yesterday. But she was not the one who took my order yesterday, she was lying and then she had no explanation about extra charges and was speaking nonsensical. Seriously worst experience. Train your staff properly
