I usually visit in the evening , and the evening staff is always friendly and welcoming even during busy hours. They stay calm under pressure, keep things moving quickly, and still manage to be polite and attentive. The team works really well together, and you can tell they support each other to get orders out efficiently. Even later in the day when things slow down, they keep the place clean and organized. It’s always a pleasant experience grabbing coffee here in the afternoon.” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Tried to order on the app, the discount wouldn't go through, so we went inside. Staff said we had already activated the discount so it won't allow it. Kept interrupting when I tried to explain. Staff rude, unhelpful, would not let me speak. Worst experience out of any Tim's I've ever experienced. Went to the bathroom and they were disgusting. Wet floor signs around everywhere and no wet floors to be seen! Don't go to this Tim's! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30

Extremely poor customer service. This was my first time visiting this Tim Hortons, and I was disappointed with the overall experience. The staff seemed more engaged in chatting with each other than attending to customers.While the food quality was good, the cleanliness of the location was lacking. The floor had food particles scattered around, and the chairs were disorganized, which created an unwelcoming environment. I would strongly suggest providing proper training to staff. In the food service industry, hospitality is essential. Being kind and attentive to customers is important, as they are paying for the service and experience, not just the food. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
