Very disappointing experience. I’m an older customer with poor eyesight, and unfortunately, this location seems to forget that not every customer can see or figure things out as easily as younger people can. For starters, the entrance is unnecessarily confusing. There are no clear signs on the doors telling customers which entrance is open or where they’re supposed to enter. I was standing there trying to figure out whether I was supposed to push or pull the door while people were staring at me. Eventually, someone had to tell me that the entrance was around the back. If a door is closed, is it really that difficult to put up a sign saying “Entrance around back”? Apparently so. The washroom was another issue. The toilet has a sensor/button to flush, but the button is practically impossible to see because it blends in with the sensor. And the sensor doesn’t work. I was standing there trying to figure out how I was supposed to flush the toilet and honestly felt embarrassed. How is an older person with poor eyesight supposed to know where the button is if it’s barely visible? Not everyone who walks into a Tim Hortons has perfect eyesight or knows how every modern fixture works. Clear signage and visible controls aren’t exactly unreasonable requests. Hopefully management can take accessibility and basic customer convenience a little more seriously. And honestly, the coffee wasn’t even good. After all that, I was at least expecting a decent coffee. Unfortunately, that was disappointing too. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $1–10

Of all the Tims Hortons in Brampton, I think this is the most efficiently run. The staff here always take in the right orders, are well mannered, try to do their best to complete drive through orders in the shortest time and most importantly of all- I see the staff and they all work together as a team! Kudos to the staff and the management! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
