Worst experience and the worst tim hortons location ever. Staffs are very rude and incompetent. Messing up my orders twice and fighting back at me. Even the owner is rude and careless as he defends his employees and lashes out at me. After notifying head office, same situation defending and making me look bad. Decided that Tim Hortons is no more and will be taking my business with Starbucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m so thankful I don’t always come to this location because everytime I do I’m always angry. The first time I came here they messed up my order completely and the second time I ordered just one iced coffee. Thankfully I look at the bottom of my drinks before drinking because there were weird black dots on the bottom that looked like dust or some kind of left over stuff. I hope no one comes here because they should be closed.
