My husband and I have been coming to this drive thru for the last 18 yrs. In the beginning service was very good and our orders were right. Over the last several years our orders are usually wrong, even after repeating it two or three times. We are on the road early morning so we stop in around 3am we use to get served by a lady named Joan, but we haven’t seen her in a while and that is very disappointing cause she always greeted us first with a good morning and then would pleasantly ask us our order and always with a smile When we do place our order it’s for dark roast and over the last few months ( since Joan left) we order dark roast and we end up with regular coffee. We have already left the drive thru and are on our way to work by the time we realize that we didn’t get the dark roast as ordered! Honestly, don’t feel like customer service means anything anymore at Timmies, it’s all about pushing the drive thru line up thru as fast as possible ( almost like having your stuff thrown at you like a receiver on a football field)! If we do get our order right that is a great surprise but very very rare. And language barrier? Omg!! I placed my order and it was repeated to me three times, when I get to the window half my order is missing and the coffee is three quarters from the top. Does tim Horton purposefully do this to piss off their customers especially customers of over 30 years? Timmie’s needs to start doing better cause at this rate I’ve noticed many people finding alternatives for their morning coffee. We hope that the issue with the dark roast at that early hour is rectified and served as it was in previous times as soon as possible. Also just in. Regular coffee and dark roast was always the same price, NOW Timmies is charging .20 cents more for dark roast! Yeah we’re done here Do better Timmies H&M

I had a great experience with all staff members and Lovepreet was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. My order was prepared accurately and quickly, and they greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcome. Their positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit enjoyable. Today at 5:15 pm I went through the drive-thru at Tim Hortons and ordered two protein iced lattes with less ice and more protein flavour. When I left and tasted it on the way, it wasn’t what I ordered at all. It was just a vanilla iced coffee with extra sugar syrup. I went back, expecting them to fix it, but the staff member insisted this was what I ordered and was extremely dismissive and rude. I know the taste because I drink this every day, and it was nothing like a protein latte. Overall, this experience was disappointing, and the customer service was really poor. I won’t be returning Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
