This place was unfortunately very dirty, marks on the walls, tables not wiped down properly, rubbish bins were overflowing, and so on. The food was very poor, and even the toilets were disgusting. I would strongly suggest a regional manager does an urgent visit and makes some serious changes. Price per person: £10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

In here frequently for frappés - love the seasonal flavours, though their regular menu is also good. The staff are lovely and its always clean. The screens are easy to use, they often won't print receipts but this isn't an issue most of the time. The ordering area isnt very large so it quickly gets crowded, especially during peak times, but they're usually quick with orders so the wait time isnt too long. Fast food breakfast! I do love a good breakfast and compared to other well known fast food restaurants the quality of the food at Tim Hortons was far superior and tastier. Staff were friendly and chatty which is always reassuring. I just wish there were more restaurants, especially one nearer to home. Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure Vegetarian options: Not a vegetarian so can't say Dietary restrictions: None for me but I did notice signs regarding restrictions for those who needed to know
