Went through the drive through, was the only person in the drive through. They forgot half my order between me ordering it and driving up to the window. I had to ask for half my order and simply got a "I didn't charge you for that." The food quality is terrible, none of the workers seem to know how to make the food let alone interact with customers. I've gotten ice cold food that was burnt on the outside, drinks missing the syrup and/or the creamer. Do not recommend this location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I first contacted customer service at the end of April regarding an incident that occurred in store. Over the following weeks, I exchanged numerous messages with a customer service representative and was repeatedly told that someone from the store would contact me. That never happened. I was then informed that a department above the store level would be reaching out to discuss the matter. Again, no one ever contacted me. When I followed up, the representative offered to add points to my account instead. I explained that points did not address my concerns and that I simply wanted to speak with someone about what had happened. No discussion ever took place, and after that, the representative stopped responding altogether. Since then, I have submitted two additional customer service requests, both of which have gone unanswered. I am extremely disappointed, not only by the original incident, but also by the complete lack of communication and follow-through from customer service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Used the restroom at this location, a Tim Hortons employee using the stall next to me. Before I left I washed my hands like a regular human being beside me the smooth brained gentleman gave a quick splash of water on his hands (good enough right?) and went right back to serving food. Disgusting, I haven’t eaten at Tim’s in over a year, and this is a great reason to avoid stopping for a bite to eat at this location. I would recommend investing in an employee, similar to a dish washer, but instead of washing dishes they can wash your employees hands. Hope this helps.
