I've been a frequent customer especially in the morning at this Tim Hortons and while the environment and people going to the shop are sometimes not the best shape (you know what I mean), i never had any bad encounters nor any issues going to this branch of Tim Hortons. The staff are friendly, accomodating, and really nice. Food is at par with any other Tim Hortons and in good serving. Happy that we have a close by Timmies to serve East Village Price per person: CA$10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I had a great experience at this downtown location of Tim Hortons thanks to Divine. Even though it was really busy during the morning rush, she stayed friendly, patient, and helpful the whole time. She got my medium Iced Capp and plain bagel with cream cheese ready perfectly, and everything came out fresh and quick. What stood out most was her positive attitude and the way she treated every customer with a smile. It’s always nice to start the day with great service, and she definitely made my morning a lot better. Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’m a regular at this Tim’s near the Central Library, and Mell, one of the baristas, is always so kind and welcoming. He’s quick with orders, super friendly, and always makes the visit feel a little nicer. You can tell he works really hard, even when it’s busy.
